Trama Mauro Rossetti è un aspirante pilota e per realizzare il suo sogno si iscrive alla Accademia Aeronautica di Pozzuoli, provocando le ire della fidanzata Adriana, che per ripicca decide di iscriversi ad una scuola per modelle, situata nei pressi dell'Accademia. Ma quando Adriana lascia Mauro dopo aver ricevuto una proposta di lavoro, quest'ultimo, deluso, si lancia in una ennesima sfida contro Stefano, rischiando la vita; e sarà proprio il suo rivale a salvarlo, suggellando la nascita di un'amicizia. Mauro, convinto che Adriana stia per sposare un altro, la rincorre e le dichiara il suo amore.
